Delivery

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

What it costs

Delivery is free on orders of £20 or more. Below that, it costs £2.99 per order. Some items, such as our Christmas projectors, always come with free delivery, and so does any order that includes one.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive in 5 to 10 working days. We place your order with our supplier within one working day, and it's sent from their warehouse. That's why we can't offer next-day delivery.

From mid-December, check the delivery estimate at checkout before ordering a Christmas present.

Tracking your order

Your confirmation page has a link to your order's status. Keep it handy, or email us at hello@kartmos.com with your order number.

If your order hasn't arrived

If nothing has turned up 15 working days after you ordered, email us. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
