Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from kartmos.com. Please read them along with our delivery and returns pages.

Who we are

Kartmos is a trading name of KARTMOS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17539759). Our registered office is Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. You can reach us at hello@kartmos.com.

Your order

Your contract with us starts when your payment is taken and we show your order confirmation. If we can't supply something you've ordered, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. The delivery charge is shown before you pay. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before sending anything.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. If your order doesn't arrive, our delivery page explains what we'll do.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, and you're protected if something is faulty. Our returns page explains how.

Personalised items

Personalised items, such as clothing printed with your photo or your words, are made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply to them (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)). Once you've ordered, we can't cancel or change a personalised item for a change of mind.

You must own the photo or text you send, or have permission to use it, and it mustn't include logos, brand names, characters or other people's artwork. We check every design before it's printed and may refuse one that breaks these rules, in which case we refund you in full. If a photo is too low in quality to print well, we'll ask you for a better one.

If a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, email hello@kartmos.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll reprint it or refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Using our products

Follow the instructions that come with each product, and supervise pets with any pet product.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
